.. craving butse this afternoon.. thanks to the customer who gave us a merienda..
..hmm butse is sweet potato or kamote. it boils and mashed formed into balls and stuffed with grated cassava inside and mongo then fried.. roll it in sugar for more yummy taste!!!
i remember when mama prepared it for our dessert and also for food service business!!!
many Filipino knows this food...
and funny thing is?? im curious.. why is it called butse..???
daahhh what a cute name.. all i can say is.. busog... ;)
